Shino adaptou esses exercícios e conseguiu ela mesma afinar sua cintura em 30cm! Depois da gravidez ela passou de 86cm para 56cm. Apenas 3 minutos!&lt;br /&gt;Vou tentar te explicar: São 6 movimentos de 30 segundos cada.&lt;br /&gt;primeiros 30 seg: o de dobrar os joelhos, se concentre na região de seu umbigo, respire pelas narinas ao dobrar os joelhos e expire, soltando ar pela boca, quando foi esticar as pernas. Não se esqueça de contrair o bumbum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30~60 seg: total atenção à respiração, com os joelhos um pouco dobrados, você deverá fazer movimentos para trás e para a frente, tentando mexer somente o quadril. Mantenha-se concentrada na região do seu umbigo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;60~90 seg: sempre dando atenção à respiração, respirando pelas narinas e soltando ar pela boca, fará o quadril se movimentar para a direita e para a esquerda. Lembre-se, mexer somente o quadril, mantenha-se ereta e sempre concentrando na região do umbigo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;90~120 seg: agora é a vez de mexer o quadril como se estivesse brincando com bambolê. Mantenha-se ereta e tentar mexer só o quadril. Imagine como se tivesse uma bóia de praia em sua cintura e você quisesse contornar essa bóia internamente. Importante: mexer somente o quadril, você vai sentir que a área da cintura está “trabalhando”. Se tiver dificuldade em fazer esse movimento, utilizar um elástico para apertar o quadril, terá melhores resultados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;120~150 seg: fará o mesmo movimento, só que em sentido contrário ao movimento anterior.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150~180 seg(último exercício): Vai pegar uma almofadinha ou travesseiro, colocar entre as pernas e fazer força para apertá-las.
